DESCRIPTION:Let’s get cooking!\n\nVDSA is reviving our Kitchen Safety and Cooking class series\, and this time we’re partnering up with Jacob’s Chance and Good Neighbor Village to bring you four weeks of the following: \n\nBasic kitchen safety\nHow to use kitchen equipment\nHow to measure for recipes\nRecipe terminology\nReading food labels\nPracticing making dishes using a recipe\n\nClasses will take place at a Good Neighbor Village cottage\, so our chefs-in-training can practice in a residential kitchen.
