VDSA is reviving our Kitchen Safety and Cooking class series, and this time we’re partnering up with Jacob’s Chance and Good Neighbor Village to bring you four weeks of the following:
- Basic kitchen safety
- How to use kitchen equipment
- How to measure for recipes
- Recipe terminology
- Reading food labels
- Practicing making dishes using a recipe
Classes will take place at a Good Neighbor Village cottage, so our chefs-in-training can practice in a residential kitchen. Join us every Wednesday evening in March from 7-8pm!
