Diagnosis+ Support Group

Come learn and connect with other caregivers that understand your perspective. The theme for this session is preparing for the future as caregivers of an individual with a disability. In this session, we will enjoy a brief talk from Kathy Matthews from All Needs Planning regarding legal considerations for our families – the documents we should all have on file and how to start the process. After Kathy’s talk, you will have time to connect with one another over lunch. Bring your bagged lunch to the ASCV offices and gather in-person or meet us virtually on Zoom! All caregivers of individuals with a dual diagnosis are welcome.
