VCU Women’s Basketball will host its first Support[HER] game on Saturday, March 2 at 1 p.m. at the Stuart C. Siegel Center against George Mason. The game is presented by Synergy Technical.
As part of the nationwide movement in supporting women’s athletics, the Support[HER] game aims to break VCU Women’s Basketball attendance record for a non-education day game.
At the game, VCU will honor and recognize a “Support[HER] of the game” for a woman who has inspired others. VCU also encourages kids 13 and under to dress as any woman who inspires them. Those who dress up will be invited to join in a pre-game high five tunnel!
