NEW LOCATION AND TIME FOR TRUNK OR TREAT VDSA is excited again to participate in Trunk or Treat C.A.T.S. and The Whole Family Foundation present Hallowheels, a Halloween trunk-or-treat themed celebration and Children’s Disabilities Resource Fair on Saturday, October 26th. This event is an all-inclusive and accessible Halloween trunk-or-treat themed Disability Resource fair which will be hosted at MobilityWorks of Richmond. This will be a rain or shine event.
