    The Learning Program Starts October 7 - 9:00 - 11:00 am -8 monthly sessions held on Saturdays between October 2023 and June 2024. -All sessions will have an in-person and virtual option (June is all virtual).  -Shady Grove YMCA - 11255 Nuckols Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23059  -Cost: The cost of the program is $260 (in person), $160 (virtual) (Scholarships Available). The Learning Program is an educational program developed by the Down Syndrome Foundation of Orange County (DSFOC).     Outdoor Adventure Club

    Outdoor Adventure Club 6 weeks on Mondays - Oct. 2 to Nov. 6 5:30-6:30 pm at Huguenot, Deep Run & Bryan Park Ages 13-20 (FunQuest) & 21+ (Fun4Life). Led by Beyond Boundaries. The cost is $25/person. Learn: fishing, camping and more! Each club member will receive club shirt, field guide book, and name badge, and work toward pins along the way.   • River City Inclusive Gym – 4:00-4:45 pm – Ages 13 to Adult

    River City Inclusive Gym Monthly on Sept. 30, Oct. 21 & Nov. 11 4:00-4:45 pm - Ages 13 to Adult $5 per session River City Inclusive Gym classes is designed to engage each athlete physically and mentally. Each class is set in obstacle course format and provides us optimum opportunity to instruct 1:1 while the whole group stays engaged.
