It's time to make time for YOUR wellbeing! Connect with other caregivers, learn tools for self-care, and practice taking better care of ourselves together! Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6-week, evidence-based program out of Iowa State. We are thrilled to bring this program to VDSA families for the first time! Please register by Friday, October 11 so we can ship printed materials to you in time for the first class.
