Richmond - Learn to Ride with Beyond Boundaries Beyond Boundaries Learn to Bike program is geared towards teaching riders of all levels how to ride a two-wheeled bike or to improve their biking skills. Learn to Ride is an eighth week program designed for young riders who are ready to pedal independently but haven’t quite mastered the skill yet. This class is ideal for children ready to take those first exciting steps toward riding on their own! With the guidance of our coaches. Building Healthy Habits is an eight-week program designed by the National Down Syndrome Society to promote healthy lifestyle choices in physical activity, balanced nutrition, and emotional wellness among adults with Down syndrome and their families. Let's get cooking! VDSA is reviving our Kitchen Safety and Cooking class series, and this time we're partnering up with Jacob's Chance and Good Neighbor Village to bring you four weeks of the following: Basic kitchen safety How to use kitchen equipment How to measure for recipes Recipe terminology Reading food labels Practicing making dishes using a recipe Classes will take place at a Good Neighbor Village cottage, so our chefs-in-training can practice in a residential kitchen.
