No prior Yoga experience required! This program is open to individuals with DS ages 16 and up and will meet at the Virginia Down Syndrome Association Activity Center at 1504 Santa Rosa Road, Suite 124, Richmond, VA 23229.   If your child is under 16, but you think they may enjoy class, please feel free to try a single session. Day and Time:  Saturdays 9/24-11/19 | 10:30-11:15am (no class on Oct. 15). Black Family Support Group

Please join the Virginia Down Syndrome Associations new Black Family Support Group for a Virtual Interest Meeting on Monday, November 28th at 7:30 pm via Zoom.
