Building Healthy Habits is an eight-week program designed by the National Down Syndrome Society to promote healthy lifestyle choices in physical activity, balanced nutrition, and emotional wellness among adults with Down syndrome and their families. Every VIP/Parent, Sibling, Guardian Team will receive an NDSS 321 Go Kit with your registration.
